Ingredients

  • 75g tinapa flakes
  • 30g pechay
  • 1/2 tsp red onion
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Flake the tinapa.

Step 2

Saute the garlic, onion and shredded native pechay in olive oil.

Step 3

Put salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Roll ingredients in balanced native pechay, cut slanting for about an inch.

Step 5

Oven before serving.
