- 2 cups Glutinous Rice, washed
- 10 cups Water
- 6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder dissolved in 1 cup water
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Instant Coffee(Optional), dissolved with the cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
Boil the water and add the glutinous rice.
Cook for 10 – 15 minutes until the rice has fully absorbed the water, mixing occasionally.
Add the dissolved cocoa powder, instant coffee, condensed milk, sugar and pinch of salt.
Cook for 5 minutes or until everything is thoroughly mixed. Add a little water if the mix is too thick.
Serve hot as it is or with Tuyo.
