Adobong Kangkong

Ingredients

  • • 1 bundle of kangkong (river spinach); cut stems 1” length
  • • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • • 1 tablespoon garlic; minced
 

Method

Step 1

Saute garlic.

Step 2

When golden brown, add all other ingredients.

Step 3

Cover and simmer until done. Don’t overcook the kangkong.

Step 4

Serve hot!
